IOFI is concerned about new information related to respiratory health and safety in flavor manufacturing. IOFI is also concerned about new information related to consumer exposure to diacetyl, a common flavor ingredient, during the in-home preparation of butter-flavored microwave popcorn.

ISO22000 - The Standard's Requirements
