The IOFI database on regulatory information for chemically defined flavoring substances was designed for the benefit of the IOFI Members. It contains up-to-date regulatory and analytical information on almost 2,800 flavouring substances used in the global commerce.

Access to this database is restricted to IOFI member associations and its member companies.

If you are a member of an IOFI member association you are entitled free access to the Database.

To obtain access please apply by sending an application form to the IOFI secretariat ( iofioffice@iofiorg.org ) providing information on affiliation, company and association – membership.

This information will be verified by the IOFI secretariat and upon verification you will receive access rights via e-mail. Access is personal and not transferable, and you will be requested to re-new your access rights at regular interval.

In the case you are not yet a member, please apply for membership to the IOFI member association of your country or region. The IOFI member associations are listed in the Member Directory
